VisionToPrompt provides an AI-powered image analysis service that allows users to:

•Generate descriptive prompts from uploaded images

•Obtain detailed natural language descriptions of images

•Extract text from images using optical character recognition (OCR)

The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

•Upload images containing illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

•Upload images that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

•Upload images containing personal information of individuals without their consent

•Attempt to circumvent, hack, or reverse-engineer our systems

•Use automated scripts to mass-process images without prior written permission

•Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

•Upload malicious files or content designed to harm our systems

•Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of this policy without notice.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Images are deleted immediately after processing.

Generated results: All AI-generated prompts, descriptions, and extracted text produced by the Service are provided to you free of restrictions. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution.

Our content: The VisionToPrompt name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our proprietary intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Free and Paid Tiers

Free tier: The Service offers a free tier with up to 100 generations per month. Free tier access is provided without warranty and may be subject to rate limiting, reduced priority, or discontinuation.

Paid tiers: Premium features may be offered for a fee. Pricing, features, and payment terms for paid tiers will be clearly disclosed before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Changes to pricing: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing paid subscribers will be given 30 days notice before price changes take effect.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://visiontoprompt.com/legal/privacy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

Accuracy: AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VisionToPrompt and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you upload to the Service.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
